Terms of use
By using the Peptide Atlas network, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits described below. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.
Information, not professional advice
The sites provide general directory, scientific, news, and legal information. They do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, emergency services, or a substitute for a licensed professional. Use of the sites does not create a clinician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.
For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Decisions about treatment or legal matters should be made with an appropriately qualified professional who can assess your circumstances.
Directory and editorial limits
A listing is not an endorsement, referral, credential, or guarantee. Information can become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate despite our verification process. Check provider credentials, regulatory status, source documents, costs, and treatment details directly before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the sites, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, introduce malicious code, harvest personal information, misrepresent Peptide Atlas content, or use automated access in a way that materially degrades the service. Good-faith security research must follow our security reporting guidance.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Links lead to third-party sites that have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services. Peptide Atlas site design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brief quotation and linking are welcome where lawful and properly attributed.
No warranties
The network is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the sites or these terms. A revised version will show a new effective date. Questions about published information can be sent through the corrections page.
